Live signals.
polhia.com itself is hosted on Vercel; you're reading this from their edge network. The product backend runs on Convex; you can see the live deployment health at status.convex.dev. Email delivery is on status.resend.com. Payments are on status.stripe.com.
The LLM engines.
When one of the three engines we audit is down, the affected cells in that run are retried for ten minutes; after that the run finalises with whatever data we collected. Your weekly report explicitly states which engines were healthy during the audit window — we don't smooth over an outage by averaging it out.
Incidents.
We will post any prolonged incident here and email all paying subscribers within an hour. No incidents currently active.
