Terms of service.
What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the boring legal bits in between.
These terms govern your use of polhia.com and the Sourced product. Sourced operates at polhia.com. Registered-company details will be added here once the operating entity is formally incorporated.
The service.
Sourced runs a weekly citation audit on your nominated domain across the LLM engines listed on the Methodology page, generates and publishes editorial content, and delivers a weekly report by email. The features available depend on your subscription plan (Reader, Editor, Bureau). We will give you reasonable notice of any material change.
Your account.
You're responsible for keeping access to the email address tied to your account, for approving drafts before they publish, and for the accuracy of the business details you onboard. Sourced is a back-office tool; it does not substitute for the professional advice your customers may rely on you for.
Payment.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. We may offer a 14-day free trial; expired trials become read-only until you subscribe.
Content ownership.
Drafts and published pages created on your behalf belong to you. We retain a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to display anonymised aggregates (e.g. "median citation rate in the family- law cohort: 32%") in our own marketing — never your full content, never identifiable cohort data.
Acceptable use.
You agree not to: (a) use Sourced to publish content that infringes copyright, defames a third party, or promotes illegal services; (b) reverse-engineer the audit pipeline; (c) resell the product without a written agreement. We may suspend or terminate the account if these are breached, with a refund of any unused portion of your most recent payment.
Liability.
We make no warranty about citation outcomes — the engines we monitor change behaviour without notice and we cannot promise a specific rank or volume. Our total liability for any single incident is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the incident, except where UK law forbids such a cap (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the English courts.
